Variant c indicates a Type 12 postmark where the inner circle is broken at the left and right sides.
The following postmark is classified as Type 12-2c(n) (USS,FPO AP 96667-1289)
The following postmark is classified as Type 12-2(n+) (USS,FPO AP 96679-1498). It is provided to show a normal Type 12 postmark in comparison to the c variant.
