This section lists the names and designations that the ship had during its lifetime. The list is in chronological order.

Tacoma Class Motor Gunboat Keel Laid 1967 - Launched 8 June 1968 USS CHEHALIS PG-94 Commissioned 8 November 1969 - Decommissioned 1 October 1977 Transferred to the Naval Sea Systems Command 1 October 1977 R/V ATHENA (Research Vessel) Converted to a Research Vessel and renamed Scrapped in 2016.

Naval Covers

This section lists active links to the pages displaying covers associated with the ship. Two ships of the US Navy have borne the name CHEHALIS - USS Chehalis AOG-48 and USS Chehalis PG-94.
