A postmark should not be included unless accompanied by a close-up image and/or an image of a cover showing that postmark. Date ranges MUST be based ONLY ON COVERS IN THE MUSEUM and are expected to change as more covers are added.

Other Information

NAMESAKE - The capital of Kansas and the seat of Shawnee County. Topeka is located in the northeastern section of the state.

There have been thre ships of the US Navy named TOPEKA - USS Topeka PG-35, USS Topeka CL-67/CLG-8 and USS Topeka SSN-754.
