Covers should be listed in chronological order. Use the postmark date or best guess.

Each entry provides a link to the image of the front of the cover. There is also the option to have a link to the image of the back of the cover if there is anything of significance there. Finally, there is the primary date for the cover and the classification types for all postmarks based on the Locy System.

Message from the Navy Mail Clerk

The message reads:
"Mr. Parker,
In answer to your question: Pres. Roosevelt will embark at Eastport, Me., on 30 June 1933 for a short inspection cruise of 3 or 4 days.
He will disembark at the mouth of the Potomac on 3 July. The Bernadou [DD-153] and Ellis [DD-154] will convoy this ship. You may
send me as many covers as you like for any occasion only write in pencil on each cover what you want. I don't use anything but location
in the killer bars. I was hoping someone would send me a suggestion for a special cachet on the Presidential cruise but no one has
offered any. If I can think of something I'll have a special cachet made on the Linotype."
[signed on front] L. Iverson, N.M.C.
