USS CASSIN YOUNG (DD 793),=. National Park Service Dedicates as Historic Ship with USS CONSTITUTION at Pier One Charlestown. 18 ct U.S. Flag/lighthouse stamp. This Fletcher class destroyer was hit by a kamikazi in WWII which killed the PCO. I was involved in getting her selection by NPS from mothballs in Phila. and Navy League hosting arrival in Boston.
