Historical Note: Organized: Chapter began operations in late 1935, but was denied a charter since the chapter was under strength. Fred Barnes resigned May 15, 1937 and his Chapter ceased operations on June 1, 1937. Organizing members: Fred Barnes, President and Secretary. Cachet directors: Fred Barnes.
