Locy Type 3 (AC-TBB)
USS Portland CA-33

USS Oregon is permently placed.

Cachet sponsored by the Battleship Oregon Chapter No. 22, USCS

Locy Type 3 (A-TBT)
USS Hulbert DD-342

Notes: There is no marking in the cachet indicating that Van Tress is the cachet maker. However, the cover is addressed to him and there is a Portland Ore rubber stamp on the back in the same ink color as the address on the front. Not conclusive but enough to make a guess.
