RAOUL LOUIS (R.L.) RAZZETTE was born on 22 August 1898 in Milan Italy and died on 5 August 1982 in Grants Pass OR. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1917 and retired in 1946 at the rank of Commissioned Warrant Officer (CWO-1). He was stationed in Cuba from 1931 to 1934, Quantico VA 1934 to 1942, Portland Bight, Jamaica in 1942 and back to Quantico some time before his retirement. He was USCS member No. 149. (Thanks to Greg Finnegan for the historical background information).

Cachets should be listed in chronological order based on earliest known usage. Use the postmark date or best guess. This applies to add-on cachets as well.
