Cachets should be listed in chronological order based on earliest known usage. Use
the postmark date or best guess. This applies to add-on cachets as well.
"Bullard produced typed or hand printed cachets showing ships history. Cancels match the cachet. In some cases, Bullard used covers with general navy cachet, but this is the exception, rather than the rule. Bullard's work is highly distinctive and can be recognized by style. In many cases, the covers are addressed to himself."
