Naval Covers

If more than one postmark has the same classification, then they should be further sorted by date of earliest known usage.

MIANTONOMAH received two battle stars for World War II service

NAMESAKE - A variant spelling of Miantonomoh, a leader of the Narrangansett Indians, and nephew of the Narrangansett chief, Canonicus.
