USS Frank Cable AS-40

Commemorating the 100th Anniversary
of the Great White Fleet

Ship's cachet, serviced by Wolfgang Hechler. Although the date of the GWF postmark is April 29th, this cover was actually posted on July 29th as seen by the ink-jet sprayed marking from the Guam Military Post Office dated July 29 2008. April 29 2008 is probably the date USS Frank Cable received her GWF Postmark and the crew hasn't moved the dater.
