Censored, Airmail. Navy No 100 identified as Special Naval Observer Office, London England. Postal facilities established on October 3 1943. The cover was mailed to San Francisco CA (backstamped on back, Dec 1945), redirected to Fairfield Iowa (duplex postmark dated Dec 17 1945) and then redirected to Schenectady NY with a manuscript notation.

Note: After WW2, the sender, Denwood N. Kelly, was a distinguished philatelist and numismatist specializing in Colonial Maryland. Denwood N. Kelly (now deceased) won the APS Luft Award in 1976.
