    The USNS prefix and T-LST designation are not supported for this ship in the naval history websites or Wikipedia but several covers reference this name in the corner card (see example below). Another such cover was spotted on eBay with date August 15, 1957.
    Assigned to U.S. Air Force September 1957 to September 1969

    Struck from Naval Register May 1 1972

  4. ARM MANZANILLO IA-02 (Mexican Naval Service)
    Sold to Mexico May 30 1972 and renamed

    Decommissioned on November 16, 2011

USS LST-602 / CLEARWATER COUNTY earned the American Campaign Medal, the Europe-Africa-Middle East Campaign Medal w/ 1 Battle star, the World War II Victory Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal w/ 2 Battle stars, the United Nations Service Medal and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal during her Naval career.
