stamp.  This Fletcher class destroyer was hit by a kamikazi in WWII which killed the PCO.  I was involved in getting her selection by NPS from mothballs in Phila. and Navy League hosting arrival in Boston.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

Was Chairman of the Commissioning Committee for USS SAMPSON (DDG 102) is 2007 and for USS PREBLE (DDG 88) in 2002.
