FARIBAULT earned the American Campaign Medal, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Service Medal (with two battle stars), the United Nations Service Medal and the Republic of Korean War Service Medal during her Naval career.
