Cachet is thermographed. Center symbol is the U.S. Navy emblem with the words "Second To None" added. There are two cachets on this cover: the Presidential Cruise cachet from Harry Klotzbach and the photo cachet from Crosby. Since the Klotzbach cachet is normally seen by itself, did Crosby add his cachet later?
