    Sold to American Foreign Steamship Corp., 15 June 1982, renamed S/T AMERICAN OSPREY
    Leased to Maritime Administration, 12 June 1998

  2. Assigned to MSC and placed in service 12 June 1998 - Placed out of Service

    Assigned to MSC Pacific and operated out of Saipan and Guam
    Upon completion of lease contract retained for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet, Beaumont, TX
    Final Disposition, contract for scrapping announced 20 May 2009.

 

This section lists active links to the pages displaying covers associated with the ship. There should be a separate set of pages for each name of the ship (for example, Bushnell AG-32 / Sumner AGS-5 are different names for the same ship so there should be one set of pages for Bushnell and one set for Sumner). Covers should be presented in chronological order (or as best as can be determined).
