Lottie Edythe Eshliman, 8 January 1891 - 8 February 1980


        Lottie was a Cachet Artist from 1934 to 1938 and drew designs for printed cachets produced by the Admiral Joseph M. Reeves Chapter No. 14, USCS and the Guiana Hobby Club. Lottie also drew beautiful, hand painted covers for Naval and holiday events. Her work is identified with her name or signature in the cachet.
