the postmark date or best guess. This applies to add-on cachets as well.

Notes: There is no marking in the cachet indicating that Van Tress is the cachet maker. However, the cover is addressed to him and there is a Portland Ore rubber stamp on the back in the same ink color as the address on the front. Not conclusive but enough to make a guess.
